At Puddin Pie Desserts, we specialize in creating luxury dessert experiences for weddings and celebrations. To ensure every client receives our full attention, we accept a limited number of events each year. Please review the following booking policies before submitting your inquiry: 1. Inquiry & Consultation All clients must complete the inquiry form with accurate event details (date, location, guest count, and dessert preferences). Once your inquiry is reviewed, we will contact you to schedule a consultation if your date is available. 2. Minimums & Packages Dessert table packages begin at $750. Final pricing depends on guest count, menu selections, and presentation needs. 3. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Remaining balance is due by the agreed payment date stated on your invoice. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as installment options through Klarna, Afterpay, and PayPal. 4. Changes & Cancellations Changes to guest count or menu must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a credit toward a future booking (valid for one year). 5. Event Day Details Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue access information, set-up times, and table placement requirements. Dessert table styling (stands, risers, florals, and décor) will be curated by Puddin Pie Desserts in alignment with your package.
